| Dining at Stonebridge |
The Lounge is quickly becoming a favorite gathering place for a glass of wine, a cold beer or a cocktail shared with friends and neighbors. If you're looking for a venue with a vibe, then The Lounge is for you. The mood of the room coupled with fine dining and friends creates a gathering spot that everyone can enjoy.
The Dining Room offers a warm, casually elegant place to dine with friends. The spacious interior makes it a perfect place for Friday night fine dining or Saturday evening special events with live entertainment and dancing.
The Veranda, accessible from The Lounge and The Dining Room, extends the length of the upper level of the Clubhouse. This unique space enjoys the long vistas of the sparkling lake and the emerald green 18th fairway. You can enjoy the soft seating and a fire pit for casual get-togethers or meet friends for drinks, casual dining or fine dining and enjoy the alfresco experience that draws us to this beautiful area of Florida.
The Bistro is always a lively gathering place for a casual lunch or relaxed dinner. It offers under air seating as well as al fresco seating for dining. The soft seating areas with fire pits and high top tables look out over the lake and 18th green. For those preferring a more casual ambiance and comfort food, this is the place to be on a Friday night to enjoy dancing to live music under the stars.

The beautifully landscaped par 71 golf course challenges players with water hazards on 15 of the 18 holes. With seven tees on each hole, the golfer can choose the level of play that fits their game.
Originally designed by Gene Bates of the Couples Bates Golf Design Company, the course was redesigned in 2010 enhancing both playability and the beauty of the course by Gordon Lewis. Stonebridge's golf course is renowned for its stunning vistas with colorful flower beds and pristine native areas.

In March 1989 Weiner Homes Corporation began development of the property we now know as Stonebridge Country Club Community Association, Inc. The Planned Use Development (PUD) was filed in March of 1991 under Southampton Development Corporation, Inc., subsequently naming the property Southampton at Naples. Gene Bates, formerly with Nicklaus Design Group, was hired to design the golf course, which opened in February of 1992. |

An integral part of what makes Stonebridge Country Club the friendly and social community that it is, revolves around the activities and social events available to the members. The challenging and beautifully landscaped golf course, the energetic tennis program on the Har-Tru courts and activity-filled Fitness Center are just the beginning.
If you like to begin your day with a walk, jog or bike ride, the two-mile circle around Stonebridge is the perfect way to enjoy the beauty of the community as you exercise or catch up with your neighbors. In season you can participate in the early morning Audubon tours on the golf course conducted by Brian Beckner of Native Bird Boxes. These popular tours are a good way to learn about the diverse bird population and flora of our certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary property, which was re-certified in February 2020.
The newly renovated Clubhouse is a hub of activities throughout the day and evening. If you are looking for a game of bridge, mahjong, canasta, and a variety of games, you are sure to find something of interest. Book Club is one of the favorite enrichment programs with excellent book presenters and stimulating conversation each month. In addition, in March, we host an Author Luncheon, a sold-out event, and fundraiser in support of local literacy programs.
There is always a place to meet friends for a coffee, a glass of wine or a cold beer as you relax and enjoy the views of the sparkling lake by the 18th green and fairway. If you choose not to cook, you will be pleased with the multiple dining venues from very casual to fine dining where you can gather with friends and make lasting memories. Members look forward to the special events with dinner and dancing to round out an evening and keep the social calendar filled with entertaining times with friends both new and old. |
